Purva Trivante Construction Status
Purva Trivante construction status: Phase 1 — Purva Kensho Hills — is RERA-registered, with possession offered from June 2028; registration for the later phase is in process. On a plotted development, the developer delivers ready plots with engineered infrastructure, and buyers build their homes on the plot after taking possession.
Current Status
The project is at S. Medihalli, off Sarjapur-Attibele Road, East Bangalore. The developer's work covers site development and infrastructure — engineered roads, concealed underground utilities, water and sewage systems, and landscaped themed zones. Frequently Asked Questions about Construction Status
1. What does the developer deliver on a plotted development?
On a plotted development, the developer delivers ready plots with engineered infrastructure — roads, underground utilities, water and sewage systems and landscaping. You then build your home on the plot after taking possession.
2. Where can I independently verify the current construction progress?
Karnataka RERA's own project portal (rera.karnataka.gov.in) is the authoritative source. Once the project's K-RERA registration number is issued, the developer is required to file quarterly progress reports. These reports are publicly viewable, so buyers can independently verify claims made on this or any other channel-partner site.
3. Do I build my home, or does the developer?
The developer delivers the plot with infrastructure. You build your own home on the plot, to your own approved plan, within the layout's building guidelines and applicable authority norms.
4. What does the June 2028 possession commit the developer to?
The K-RERA-registered possession date is the legally binding commitment. Proposed possession is from June 2028; verify the current registered date on the Karnataka RERA portal at rera.karnataka.gov.in.
5. Can I visit the site once construction begins?
Site visits during active construction are typically arranged for booked buyers on request, subject to construction safety protocols. Contact us via the contact page to request a site visit and we will coordinate with the developer for scheduling. Note: active-construction site visits require closed footwear, hard hats provided at site, and buyer sign-in for safety compliance.
6. How are payments structured for a plot?
For a plotted purchase, payments are structured around booking, the Agreement to Sale after K-RERA registration, plot development milestones and possession. The exact schedule is documented in the K-RERA-registered Agreement to Sale.
